My colleagues Drs. Dene Williamson, Dr. Kaliym Islam, and I are conducting a groundbreaking study to uncover how participation in (and absence from) activities like pickleball can influence leadership skills and competencies.
Our goal is to understand the potential of these activities to enhance essential leadership skills across different demographics.
I would like to invite you to participate in the survey.
By participating in this study, you and your members will:
- Contribute to pioneering research that seeks to redefine the importance of leisure in professional development,
- Gain insight into your leadership style and areas for growth, and
- Help broaden our understanding of the impacts of lifestyle and recreational choices on leadership capabilities.
Who Can Participate?
This study is open to:
- Non-pickleball players
- Pickleball players of all levels
Participation is easy and straightforward, involving a quick (5-10 minute) online questionnaire designed with your privacy and confidentiality in mind.
Your insights will help illuminate the significant ways that leisure activities can shape and enhance leadership qualities.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to contribute to important research in the field of leadership development. We look forward to your participation!
